Editing after submission

Can you still make changes after you've submitted your request?

Before the deadline

If the deadline has not yet passed and the organiser has not locked the request, you can return to your request at any time and make changes. Use the same personal link from the original email to access it.

Simply navigate to the section you want to update, make your changes, and save. You do not need to resubmit the entire request β€” changes are saved per section.

After the deadline or when locked

Once the deadline has passed or the organiser has locked the request, you can no longer make changes. The request becomes read-only.

If you need to correct something after locking, contact the organiser directly. They can unlock or reopen your request if they choose to do so.

After the organiser has approved your request

Some sections may be locked by the organiser after approval, even if the general deadline has not passed yet. If you cannot edit a section you expect to be open, check whether it has been approved and locked. Contact the organiser if you need a change made.
