If you opened your accreditation email and the list is already locked, or you tried to submit and got a deadline message; don't worry, your registration is not lost. Here's what to do.
What happens when the deadline passes
Organisers set a deadline on each accreditation list, supplier request, or crowd list so they can finalize totals and order materials (wristbands, vouchers, parking passes, catering) in time. When the deadline passes:
The list is automatically locked.
You can still open the personal link to view what you submitted, but you can no longer add, edit, or remove people or items.
Please note: In2event support cannot reopen the list for you! Only the event organiser can.
What to do
Find the original accreditation email in your inbox. The sender is the event organiser (not In2event). Their reply address is shown at the top of the email.
Reply directly to the organiser. Include the event name and your company/team name, a clear request to reopen the list (or to add/change the specific entries on your behalf), and the names and details you'd like added or changed so they can process it in one go.
If the organiser confirms the list has been reopened, you can return to your personal link and finish your submission as usual.
Tip: the closer you are to the event date, the more likely the organiser has already ordered wristbands and other physical items in fixed quantities. Send your request as soon as you can, and keep it short and specific - that gives the organiser the best chance of helping you in time.
I never received the original reminder email
Check your spam or junk folder. Accreditation reminders are sometimes filtered.
Check whether the email was sent to a shared inbox or a former colleague's address. The organiser sets the recipient when creating the list. If the wrong address is on file, you'll need to ask the organiser to update it for future events.
When you reply to the organiser, mention that you didn't receive the earlier reminder so they know to follow up.
For organisers: reopening a locked list
Open the event and go to the relevant module (Crew → Lists, Guests → Lists, or Production → Production requests).
Open the list or request that is locked.
Adjust the deadline to a future date, or remove "Lock after deadline" in the list settings.
Save. The recipient can now access the list again through their original personal link.
If you reopen a list for one recipient only, consider sending them a short heads-up email so they know to revisit the link.
