Deadlines and locking

What happens when a deadline passes and what to do if you're too late

Organisers can set deadlines on supplier requests to ensure they receive all the information they need on time.

Overall deadline

An organiser can set a single deadline for the entire request. This deadline is displayed at the top of your request. Once it passes, you will no longer be able to make changes.

Section deadlines

Individual sections of a request can have their own deadline β€” for example, the crowd list may close earlier than the accommodation section. Section-level deadlines are shown within each section.

If a section deadline has passed but the overall deadline has not, you can still complete the other open sections.

What happens when a request is locked

When a deadline passes, the organiser may lock the request. A locked request is read-only, you can still view what you submitted, but you cannot make any further changes.

If you need to make a correction after locking, contact the organiser directly. They can reopen the request for you if needed.

Best practice

The deadline is always visible at the top of your request page. We recommend completing and submitting your request well ahead of the deadline β€” last-minute issues with OTP codes or email delivery can cost you valuable time.
