If the organiser has enabled a 'Attendee list' for your request, you will be asked to provide the names and details of the individuals attending the event on behalf of your company. These are the people who will physically be present at the event.

Adding people to your crowd list

  1. Open your supplier request and navigate to the 'Attendee list' section.

  2. Click 'Add person'.

  3. Fill in the required details for each person β€” at minimum their name and, depending on the event, additional fields such as date of birth or ID number.

  4. Repeat for each person attending.

Tip: Work yourself? Don't forget to add yourself to the list.

Assigning accreditation items to individuals

Depending on the organiser's setup, you may be able to assign accreditation items (such as access passes or meal tickets) to each person individually. The organiser may have set limits on how many items each person can receive.

Reserve list

Some organisers allow you to add more people than your confirmed quota allows. These extra people can be placed on a reserve list. If someone on your confirmed list drops out, you can quickly swap them for someone from your reserve list.

Making changes

You can edit, add, or remove people from your crowd list at any time before the deadline. Once the deadline passes or the organiser locks the request, no further changes can be made.

If you need to make changes after the deadline, contact the organiser directly.
