1. Open your request

Click the personal link in your email. See Accessing your request if you need help with this step.

2. Complete the required steps

Depending on what the organiser has enabled, you may need to complete one or more required steps before you can access the rest of the form. These are shown at the top of your request and may include:

  • Company details — review and update your organisation's name, address, VAT number, and other relevant information.

  • Contact person — assign the person who will be the on-site contact during the event. This can be yourself or a colleague.

  • Terms & Conditions — read and accept the organiser's terms and conditions.

These steps must be completed before you can move on. You will not be able to access other sections until each required step is finished.

3. Fill in the sections

Once the required steps are done, you can complete the rest of your request. The sections available depend on what the organiser has configured:

  • Production needs (bulk) — request accreditation items in bulk for your team.

  • Attendee lists — add the names and details of individuals attending on your company's behalf.

  • Accommodations — indicate your accommodation requirements per event day.

  • Forms — complete custom forms such as safety briefings or insurance declarations.

  • Power requests — specify your power requirements and the equipment they are for.

4. Save your progress

Your input is saved automatically as you go. You can close the request and return to it later using the same personal link, as long as the deadline has not passed.

5. Submit your request

When all sections are complete, click 'Submit'. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Note: Some sections may have their own deadline, separate from the overall request deadline. Check for deadline notices within each section.
