When is my request ready to submit?
Your request is ready to submit when:
All required steps (company details, contact person, Terms & Conditions) are marked as complete.
All sections you have been asked to fill in are done.
In2event shows the status of each section and required step. Check that nothing is marked as incomplete or missing before submitting.
How to submit
Review all sections to make sure everything is filled in correctly.
Click 'Submit' at the bottom of your request.
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been submitted successfully.
Note: Submitting is not the same as the organiser approving your request. After you submit, the organiser will review your request and may follow up with you if anything needs clarification.
What happens after submission?
Once submitted, your request is sent to the organiser for review. Depending on the organiser's setup, some sections (such as the crowd list) may be automatically approved. For others, you will receive a notification once the organiser has processed your submission.
You can still view your submitted request at any time using your personal link.
