Some forms in your supplier request require a digital signature. This is typically used to confirm that you have read and agreed to specific content β€” for example, a safety briefing, a code of conduct, or a liability waiver.

How to sign

  1. Open the form that requires a signature.

  2. Scroll to the signature field at the bottom of the form.

  3. Sign using:

    • Your mouse (click and drag to draw your signature)

    • Your trackpad (draw with your finger)

    • Your finger or stylus (on touch screens)

  4. If you make a mistake, click 'Clear' to start over.

  5. Once you are happy with your signature, click 'Save' or 'Submit'.

Is a digital signature legally valid?

Yes. A digital signature collected through In2event is legally binding in the same way as a physical signature. By signing, you confirm that you have read and agree to the content of the form.

Keep a copy of your confirmation email for your records. The organiser will be notified of your submission.
