When an organiser sends you a supplier request, you will receive an email containing a personal link. This link gives you access to your specific request.
Opening your request
Find the email from the organiser in your inbox.
Click the personal link in the email.
Sometimes you will be asked to enter a one-time code (OTP). This code is sent to your email address automatically when you click the link.
Enter the code to access your request.
Tip: Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder. The sender address is set by the organiser, so it may vary per event.
Returning to your request
You can return to your request at any time by clicking the same personal link in the original email. You will be asked to verify with a new OTP each time you open it.
Your link is personal β do not share it with others. If a colleague also needs access, ask the organiser to add them as a separate recipient.
OTP not arriving?
If the one-time code does not arrive within a few minutes:
Check your spam folder.
Make sure you are checking the correct email inbox β the one the organiser used to send your request.
Request a new code by clicking 'Resend code' on the verification screen.
If the issue persists, contact the organiser directly.
