Logging in for the first time
When you're added to an event in In2event, you'll receive an email with a personal link. This link takes you directly to your account. The first time you log in, you'll be asked to set a password.
Logging in with your password
After setting your password, you can log in at your organization's In2Event URL (e.g., yourcompany.in2event.com) using your email address and password.
Logging in via OTP (one-time password)
In some cases, you may receive a one-time password (OTP) code by email instead of using a regular password. Enter this code on the login page to access your account. OTP codes expire after a short period, so use them promptly.
Troubleshooting: I can't log in
Wrong email address
The most common cause of login issues is using a different email address than the one registered in In2event. Check with your event organizer which email address was used to add you to the system. Your login email must match exactly.
Password not working after reset
If you've reset your password but still can't log in, make sure you're entering the new password on the correct login page (your organization's In2Event URL). Also check that your browser hasn't auto-filled an old password.
OTP code expired
OTP codes are only valid for a limited time. If your code has expired, request a new one from the login page.
Browser issues
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a private/incognito window. This resolves most login issues caused by cached data.
Still can't log in?
Contact your event organizer or reach out to In2event support. Make sure to mention which email address you're trying to log in with and which event you need access to.
