Account settings

You can access the β€˜Account settings’ through the Launchpad settings: There are 6 setting categories:

  1. General
    1. Language where you can set your language preferences. You can choose which language you want to use for internal use and for external use.
    2. Print templates where you can manage the template of your wristbands, vouchers and badges.

  2. Default
    1. Crowdtypes This is where you can add new crowd types and segments. Everything you add here will be available in all events. By using segments you can make subdivisions in your crowd types. This can, for example, be used when sending a briefing to one specific segment. Read more about this in this article.
    2. User meta Meta data input fields can be found on, for example, your crew or guest lists. If there is specific information that you need from all your crew members or guests, you can create new input fields here.
    3. (Accreditation) Items The standard accreditation items for this account can be managed here. You can import these (if desired) directly to every new event. We highly recommend working like this since it saves up a lot of time during setting up an event. You first add a category and after that you click on the blue + button to add the specific items who are part of that category.  If you want to read more about adding accreditations, you can check out what we wrote about that here. If you need a little refresher about what accreditations are, you can read this article.
    4. Accommodations This is where you control all accommodation settings. We suggest adding them here if you have a partnership with a location and will be using these accommodations again for another event. If you have different accommodations for each event you are organizing we recommend to do this in the event settings. Read more about adding accommodations in this article.
  3. Financial
  4. Request categories
Would you like to organize your production requests into categories? You can do that here! Simply create a category name and select the parent category it belongs to. This feature allows you to easily filter your production request overview.

  5. Program
    1. Tasks Manage the standard tasks that are shown for each artist here. Those tasks will be visible in the artist profile so it’s a checklist for the artist handler to see if the profile is complete.
    2. Contact types Specify the different types of contacts you want to add to the artist profile here. Here you create the dropdown list that will appear in the artist profile when adding contacts.Program
    3. Rider items This is the database of your riders, here you can manage all rider items and for example clean your rider item database.
  6. API Keys
    Manage your API keys.

  7. Transport types
Do you want to know how your visitors are traveling to your event? Enter all the possible options here that you'd like them to select. This is useful for estimating how many cars will be arriving at your event. Click on β€˜add new transport type’ to add the options.
