The Travel Party feature is most often used for events with bands or larger artist crews. It allows you to manage accreditations, limits, and briefings for the entire touring group in one place.
⚠️ Important: If you want to use the Travel Party feature, please notify your account manager. They will enable it for your event.
How does it work?
Assigning accreditations
Through the system, you can define which accreditations apply to everyone included in your Travel Party list.
(Settings → Program module → Travel Party)Artist entourage settings
Set the artist crew field in the artist entourage to 0, since tour managers, stagehands, and roadies are included in the Travel Party.
Guests and backstage guests can be added via the artist entourage.Defining limits
You can specify how many wristbands, parking passes, catering passes, and other resources are available for the Travel Party.
For example, you could allow 5 parking passes but 15 wristbands.Sending briefings
A briefing can be sent to everyone included in the Travel Party.
(Briefings → Create briefing template → Crowd → Artist)
How does this appear in the infosheet?
Just like other modules, you can open the Travel Party section in the infosheet.
Instead of accrediting each person individually, you can open an external list and easily accredit the entire Travel Party at once.
✅ This setup ensures smooth accreditation management for larger touring crews while giving you flexibility to set limits and send targeted briefings.
