Did you add your stages? Time to add some fun! You can add artists in two ways: through the timetable and through the artist overview.
A. Adding through the timetable
- Head on over to ‘Program’ / ‘Timetable’.
- Click on ‘Add timeslot’. It’s also possible to click on the preferred time slot in the timetable itself, once the first artist is added through ‘Add timeslot’.
- Search for and select the artist you want to add. Want to add a new artist? Type their name in the search bar to add. Enter the number of persons and click ‘Add artist’ .
- If you have selected a new artist, you will need to fill in the requested information. This will create a new artist profile.
Adding an artist from your database ? You can import the contacts you’ve used before by ticking the box :) Click on ‘Add performance’ and you’re done!
B. Adding through the artist overview
- Go to ‘Program’ / ‘Artists’.
- Click on ‘Add performance’.
- Search for and select the artist you want to add. Want to add a new artist? Type their name in the search bar to add. Enter the number of persons and click ‘Add artist’ .
If you have selected a new artist, you will need to fill in the requested information . This will create a new artist profile.

Please note: Before you’re able to add artists to your line-up, you must’ve completed a few required steps. We have created the required steps to help you get on your way, and make sure you won’t forget about anything that’s important. Firstly, you must set up the default accreditation for artists. After that, you’ll need to add your stages. Finally, you have to manage the entourage settings. If you complete these three steps first, you’ll be sure of a smooth ride from there on.
