If the PDA won’t start and the only thing you see is a red light, it is in ‘crash mode’. Simply press the power button for 15 seconds to reset it.
The power button is located on top of the right side of the PDA.
If the PDA has been completely drained, it is important to place the PDA in the charger and hold the power button for 10 seconds. It will then reset and start charging. Make sure the PDA never runs completely empty.
