At the launchpad, click 'Settings'.
Find 'Production' in the list and click 'Categories '.
Click on 'Add category'.
Add as many categories as you wish.
Now, whenever you are adding a new production request, you can choose one of these categories. You can use the categories as a filter, making it easier to see at a glance what you want to see.
