It's now possible to make personalized contracts for the artists that are performing at your event. These will show up at the artist profile and the artist can sign this contract in the infosheet. Follow these steps to get familiar with this new option;
Create contract template
To create a template for the contracts, go to settings, program settings and then to contracts. Here you can add a template. When doing so, a new screen pops up. This the contract a reference and add text to the body of the contract.
NOTE: In2event autofills a few fields. Here you can find the tags to use, if you want us to autofill some parts of the contract:

Click 'Add template' to save.
Make a contract for an artist
If you want to make a contract for 1 specific artist, you can do this to go the the artist profile. There you will find 'Contracts'. Click on the '+' to add a contract and select the template you want to use.
Make a contract in bulk
Select all artists in bulk and click on the option to 'send contract'. There will be a contract made for all artists. Note; we will nog send the contract immediately, but add it to their infosheet.
Send the contract
If you want to send the contract you've made, make an infosheet for the artists. Select the option 'contract', when choosing the infosheet categories. When sending the infosheet, the contract will show up for the artist and their contactperson and they can read and sign it there. In the artist profile, the contract will show up as signed.
