You can easily add rider items through the Launchpad settings. This is where the main database of your rider items is found.
To find the database go to the Launchpad - Settings - Program - Rider items.
Click the blue button on the right top side to add an item.
Fill out the details:
What's the item called?
Add a description of the item, if necessary.
Is the item a one-time-use product or something that can be re-used by others?Save the item
The item will now be available as an option in all of your events. Adding items like this will save you a lot of time in the future, especially when it comes to frequently asked items.
