Accreditation templates

If large groups of people will need the same accreditations, it’s probably easier for you to use accreditation templates. With the accreditation templates, you create sets of accreditation items. These ‘sets’ can then be easily assigned to people. This will save you from having to manually assign all the accreditation items to every person attending your event.
For instance: You can create a ‘Press’ template and assign that to every member of the press that will be attending your event. Now, you won’t have to add items A, B, C, D, and E to every press member manually, you simply select the template.

How to create an accreditation template?

  1. Go to the Launchpad and select the event.
  2. Add a crowd list or production request. After selecting the accreditations and determining the options within ‘accreditation options and limits’, at the bottom of this you will see ‘Add accreditation template‘.
  3. Click on the button ‘Save template‘ and name the template.
  4. Click ‘Add template‘.

For an overview of your saved templates go to ‘Settings’, then ‘Accreditations’, and then ‘Accreditation templates’.

We highly suggest using the accreditation templates. Not only will it save you a lot of time. It will also reduce the risk of making mistakes because you’re automating the process and not entering the information manually all the time.
Of course, it is possible to alter the assigned accreditations on a personal level. After assigning a template to someone, you can easily edit a person’s accreditation. You can do this by typing in their name in the search bar, or manually searching for them within a list. You can then click on their name to open their overview. At the bottom of that screen, you’ll see ‘Edit accreditation’. The changes you make here will overrule the template. When you’ve made the changes, click ‘Save and exit’ at the top right.
