The platform creates a lot of reports for you. Sometimes it’s hard to find exactly what you’re looking for. In this article, we sum up the most frequently looked-for reports.
I need an overview of all rider items
That’s possible. You can even choose in which way you want to get the overview. Within the event, head on over to 'Reports' and click 'Program' in the menu. In the overview, you'll see 'Rider'.
- 'Rider totals' will give you a list of all items that have been requested, with an amount behind it. Handy for shopping lists.
- 'Riders per artist' will show you the same list but will filter them on the artist level for you. You get the totals per item, per artist. Convenient for artist handlers and runners.
- If there are artists/performers that will be at the event for more than one day, the 'Riders by artist, by day' is most convenient.
- If you want an extensive overview that will help you prepare all dressing rooms accordingly, the 'Riders by artist, by day, by dressing room' overview is best for you.
I want to know at what times my crew members checked in
For this, the 'Check-in report - Crew' is best. This report shows you exactly at what times crew members have checked in, and at what times they have checked out. If, of course, you had people check out of the event as well.
You can also see on which days they have checked in.
You can find this report at 'Reports', click 'Reports' and look for the 'Mission control' header.
