In2Event is a very elaborate system with many different functions. In2Event can be used to send out guest lists and crew lists, but it can also be used to handle large production requests or to manage your line-up and artists. Because not every user is the same, In2Event is divided into several modules. This way, each client can pick the parts they need and won’t have to pay for the parts they don’t. Of course, using all modules is an option too.

The Core
This is the basis of In2Event. With The Core, you can easily send out guest lists and crew lists, personalized briefings, and e-tickets.
If you work with In2Event, The Core is always part of the package.
Production
With the features of the Production module, you can manage large event productions. With our production request forms, you won’t even have to collect all details and information yourself. You simply send out a production request and your production partners will supply all details themselves, such as crew lists, technical supplies, accommodations, parking tickets, etc.
Program
You will be able to manage the program and the performances with the Program module. With the Program module, you can create a line-up and maintain contact with the artists. With our infosheet, it’s also possible to request necessary information from artists, like riders, their accompanying crew, and guests, accommodation, etc.
