In2event is a very elaborate system with many different functions. In2event can be used to send out guest lists and crew lists, handle large production requests, manage your line-up and artists, or manage your staff. Because not every user is the same, In2event is divided into several modules. This way, each client can pick the parts they need and won’t have to pay for the parts they don’t. We recommend using as many modules as possible to work in the most efficient way.
The different modules In2event offers are:
The Core
This is the basis of In2event. The Core module includes all the essential features such as organizing your crowd types, managing accreditations, guest and crew lists, or any other crowd type like press lists, creating and sending briefings, and valuable data insights through our reports.
Production
With the features of the Production module, you can manage large event productions. With our production request forms, you won’t even have to collect all details and information yourself. You simply send out a production request and your production partners will supply all details themselves, such as crew lists, technical supplies, accommodations, parking tickets, etc.
Program
You will be able to manage the program and the performances with the Program module. With the Program module, you can create a line-up and maintain contact with the artists. With our infosheet, it’s also possible to request necessary information from artists, like riders, their accompanying crew, and guests, accommodation, etc.
