Want to manage all items that are being handed out at your event? Keep on reading to find out how.
Especially adding items for this feature won't be necessary. All of your accreditation items that are available on a personal level are eligible for this feature.
Assign items
- Within the event, head on over to Mission Control.
- Open the 'Crowd check-in'.
- Search for the person you want to assign an inventory item to.
Can't find them? Make sure you've set the filters right, e.g. the correct day(s). - Click on 'Inventory management'.
- First option: Select the item you want to assign to this person from the dropdown menu.
Can't find the item? Go back to your accreditation settings to add it. Keep in mind that the item has to be available on a personal level, not on a bulk level. - Second option: If itβs not an accreditation item in the system just enter the name of the item in the input box and press Enter. For example a bike or a key.
- Give the item an ID. This way you'll know exactly which one of the items you're handing out.
- Click on 'Assign'.
- That's it!
Return items
There are two ways to register a returned item. The first one is:
- Search for the person who's handing in the item.
- Click on 'Inventory management'.
- Look for the item they're returning and click 'Return'.
The second option:
- Within the event, open 'Mission control'.
- Click on 'Inventory management'.
- You'll see an overview of all the items that are given out. Look through the list or use the search bar to find the item that's being returned.
- Click on 'Return'.
You can also perform a bulk action by checking the box next to 'item.' A menu will appear at the bottom of the page, allowing you to take actions such as 'returning' them all at once.
