Setting Up Mobility Options for Visitor Groups
You can require visitors to specify how they will travel to an event before accessing their briefing and tickets. This ensures you collect clear information about transport methods (e.g., bicycle, public transport, or car).
How to Configure Mobility Settings
Go to Launchpad → Settings → Transport types.
Add all transport options you want to make available (e.g., bicycle, public transport, car).
Ga back to the event and open the Crowdtype (for example, Crew).
Go to Options and enable the Required Steps setting.
Here, you can make it mandatory for visitors to indicate:
Where they are traveling from
Which transport method they are using
Only after completing this step will the visitor be able to access their event briefing and tickets.
⚠️ Important: You can activate this requirement per visitor group, giving you flexibility to collect mobility data only where it is needed.
