More and more organizations focus on sustainability. An important part of this is tracking everyone's journey. This way, you're able to map out the complete CO2 impact of your event.
If this is something you want to do, follow these steps.
Within the event, click on the crowd type you want to require this for. In this example, we'll choose 'Crew'.
- Click 'Options'
- At 'General settings', look for the 'Required steps'
- Tick the box that says 'Person must indicate his transportation to and from the event'.
- A text field will appear. Write an introductory text for this feature. This will reappear in everyone's briefing.
- Don't forget to scroll down and click 'Save changes'.
When receiving the email, everyone from this crowd type will now first have to specify their transportation method. It will be shown as a required step before they can open the actual briefing.
The recipient will have to specify the place they are traveling from and which form of transportation they'll use.
