Active and archived events

You can see all active events on the Launchpad. Active events are events that haven’t happened yet and that you’re still working on.

When an event has taken place, it’s possible to archive the event. This means that all external links, such as briefings, production requests, and crowd lists, will no longer be accessible. However, you can still access the event in your account at any time. All information is saved and still there for future reference. Archived events can be found on the Launchpad. 

 

How to archive an event

Your event is over, and you are ready to archive. Follow the steps below to do so:

  1. From the Launchpad, open the event you want to archive
  2. In the left-side menu, click on 'Settings'
  3. Click 'General'
  4. On the bottom of the page, you will find the option to archive. Click the red text. 
  5. The platform will ask you if you're sure. If you are, click 'Ok'. 

That's it. If you return to the Launchpad, you will no longer see this event at your 'Active events' anymore. 

 

Where can I see my archived events? 

In your Launchpad, you can click 'Events' in the left-side menu. Click it, and you will find 'Active events' and 'Archive'. In the latter, you will find all archived events.
