You can see all active events on the Launchpad. Active events are events that haven’t happened yet and that you’re still working on.
When an event has taken place, it’s possible to archive the event. This means that all external links, such as briefings, production requests and crowd lists, will no longer be accessible. However, you can still access the event in your account at any time. All information is saved and still there for future reference. Archived events can be found on the Launchpad, below your active events.
